ethically made
We only partner with brands who have committed to paying their artisans a fair living wage along with requiring a respectable workplace. Most of our vendor partners have third-party certifications to ensure both living wages and workplaces are up to date both locally and globally.
diversity driven
We are committing to making our vendor list reflect the diversity we want to see in the world. In saying that, we want to commit to at least 80% of our active vendor list being woman-owned. Furthermore, we want to commit to this same percentage of our vendor list having BIPOC representation in their workplace (i.e. owner, board of directors, artisan partners).
give-back
We want our vendors to represent ethical practices not only in their workplace, but outside of it as well. At this point in time all of our vendors have some sort of give-back model. This looks like giving away a percentage each month to a local or global organization, or contributing to their in-house holistic programs that benefit their artisan partners.
